Kindness costs nothing, but it can mean everything – to a friend, a family member, or even a stranger who’s struggling.

No - we don’t recommend tumble drying any RIVEAN pieces.
To keep your clothing looking its best, wash at 30°C and air dry. This helps maintain the fit, fabric quality, and printed design.

Orders are processed within 3-5 working days. Shipping usually takes 3-5 days after dispatch depending on your location in the UK. At the moment, we only ship within the United Kingdom. But don't worry - international shipping will be available soon!

We want you to love your RIVEAN pieces.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or we’ve made an error with your order, we will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or full refund.
If you change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery. In this case, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
