Shipping Policy

At RIVEAN, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3-5 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). During busy periods, processing times may take slightly longer, but we will always do our best to keep you updated.

UK Shipping

Standard UK delivery takes 3-5 working days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. If tracking is available, it will be included so you can follow your order’s journey.

Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to postal services, customs processing, or high demand periods. RIVEAN is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We may ask you to allow additional time before investigating with the courier.
