Refund & Returns Policy

At RIVEAN, every piece is created with meaning and care. We truly hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
    •    Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
    •    Items must be returned with any original packaging where possible
    •    Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
    •    Jewellery (including bracelets)
    •    Gift items or promotional products

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:
    •    Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
    •    Please allow 5–10 working days for your bank to process the refund

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will make this right as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
