RIVEAN™ More Than Kind - Clothing is a UK-based clothing brand focused on spreading kindness, strength, and connection through meaningful apparel.

Our mission is simple: to make the world a better place and flood it with kindness - one cosy garment at a time.

2. Our Products

We sell high-quality T-shirts, hoodies, and joggers designed for comfort, style, and purpose.

Each RIVEAN piece carries uplifting messages to remind us that everyone is fighting something you can’t see.

Product images are for illustration purposes. While we aim for accuracy, colours and slight variations may differ depending on screen settings or production batches.

3. Care Instructions

To keep your RIVEAN clothing looking its best:
    •    Wash at 30°C
    •    Do not tumble dry
    •    Air dry recommended
    •    Do not iron directly onto printed areas

We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect garment care.

4. Orders & Processing

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
    •    Orders are processed within 3–5 working days
    •    Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary (e.g. stock issues or suspected fraud).

5. Shipping
    •    We currently ship within the United Kingdom only
    •    Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days after dispatch

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your RIVEAN pieces 💛

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items:
    •    We will provide a prepaid return label
    •    You will receive a replacement or full refund

Change of mind:
    •    Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
    •    Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags
    •    Return postage is the customer’s responsibility

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, quotes, branding, and imagery on RIVEAN™ Clothing products and website are the property of RIVEAN™ More Than Kind - Clothing.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

RIVEAN™ More Than Kind - Clothing is not liable for:

    •    Indirect or consequential loss
    •    Delays caused by shipping providers
    •    Misuse or improper care of products

Nothing in these terms excludes your legal rights under UK consumer law.
